Madhya Pradesh: Army Personnel Arrested For Raping, Blackmailing Woman For Rs 50,000 In Indore Hotel

An army personnel was arrested on Saturday for alleged rape of a woman in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore. This happened at an hotel on AB Road where the accused is said to have sexually offended the woman and to have extended physical violence by ramming a glass into her genital Area.

The migration took place in the process of fleeing from Mexico to the United States, whereas the crime was reported as soon as possible to the local women’s police station. The accused have been arrested and the investigation process is going on.

As per the first information report, the accused has been named as Sanjay Yadav presently operating in Assam who threatened to share the obscene video he had recorded of the woman, with her family and friends. Using threats, he called her to the hotel, and sexually abuse the woman.

The victim who is married to a bank employee was said to have been in a state of shock, barely able to stand and was bleeding from the injuries inflicted on her by the suspect. But the army personnel dismissed the charges which the woman had laid against him.

According to the police the accused army personnel forced the victim to withdraw fifty thousand rupees from an ATM after the rape. The woman later who owed the ATM excuse got away from the scene and reported the matter at a women police station.

The police affirmed that the accused is from Etawah, Uttar Pradesh and that the two had been making interceptions several times and they first crossed paths in a canteen. Sudan police have opened the investigation regarding the case and future measures will be taken based on the results of their investigation.
